I think the minority in your hypothetical would rank higher on the fire fighter exam because said minority probably doesn’t hate POCs. And also, maybe said minority was just in better physical shape than you? Because, quite frankly, if I am going to be rescued from a burning fire, I could care less what you got on a written exam. What I care about is, “Can you lift me and my law textbooks out of this inferno, or am I going to die from bad grades and smoke inhalation?”
